Hi,

With Krayin CRM, we can configure a single email address for the mail solution built into Krayin CRM, but two things stood out to me as not documented or available out the box that I could see?

Set the MAIL_FROM_ADDRESS=${CRM_USER}@domain.com
Allow email responses/replies to sent email recipients to be pulled into the CRM communication trail and remain linked to the person/organization and previous email chain.

This would allow for a much more useful and persistent communication trail per lead in the CRM.

If this is already possible, how can this be achieved please?

I think you want to pull E-mail replies into CRM, it must work for you.
