Currently, out the box, when you create a new lead, you are able to add a person as a new person with the "Add New" option when you start to type a persons name, but the same ability should be included for Companies/Organisations as well as products.

With Krayin CRM, we can configure a single email address for the mail solution built into Krayin CRM, but two things stood out to me as not documented or available out the box that I could see?

• Set the MAIL_FROM_ADDRESS=${CRM_USER}@domain.com
• Allow email responses/replies to sent email recipients to be pulled into the CRM communication trail and remain linked to the person/organization and previous email chain.

This would allow for a much more useful and persistent communication trail per lead in the CRM.

If this is already possible, how can this be achieved please?

@admin, I believe what @deenah85 means is, if you click on a Lead, the link target is set to _blank and opens the lead window in a whole new browser tab instead of _self which would simply use the current open/active browser.

I can see the models & controllers with the plural and non-plural naming for Product(s) but what is the "right" way to go about changing Product(s) to be Course(s).

Am I better to create something new and remove Product(s) or just update Product(s) to be renamed?
