      Hello Krayin CRM Support,

      I am experiencing an issue where emails sent successfully by users are not being received or displayed in the system's Mail > Inbox section. The email is being sent correctly, but it does not appear in the inbox as expected.

        Kindly add your SMTP credentials in your .env file check the blog below for your reference.

          I am having the same problem.

          Entering all the smtp info and still not working.

          I even added incoming mail
          env_blurred.png

          I am able to send emails but nothing is coming in.
