Issue with Incoming Emails Not Displaying in System

 Hello Krayin CRM Support, I am experiencing an issue where emails sent successfully by users are not being received or displayed in the system's Mail > Inbox section. The email is being sent correctly, but it does not appear in the inbox as expected.

 I am having the same problem. Entering all the smtp info and still not working. I even added incoming mail 
  I am able to send emails but nothing is coming in.
