Hello Krayin CRM Support Team,
I am encountering a problem with receiving emails in my Krayin CRM setup. While I can successfully send emails from the system, I am not receiving any replies or test emails.
I am getting a bounce-back message with the following error:
550 5.1.1 1742191817@streetsideco.com: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table
I believe the correct email address for my setup should be sales@streetsideco.com.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Could you please advise on:
What is the correct way to configure the receiving email address within Krayin CRM to use sales@streetsideco.com? Is there a specific setting or mailbox I need to configure within the CRM?
Is the email address 1742191817@streetsideco.com something Krayin CRM is trying to use internally? If so, how can I ensure it's correctly mapped or prevent its use if it's incorrect?
Based on my .env configuration, is the MAIL_ENCRYPTION setting of SSL correct for port 587, or should it be TLS or STARTTLS?
I have also noticed that the reply-to address on my sent emails sometimes differs from the sales@streetsideco.com configured in MAIL_REPLYTO_ADDRESS. Could there be another setting within Krayin CRM that is causing this?
