Installation: stuck on "Step: Create admin credentials..."

Good morning,

first my compliments for the great job you have done with Krayin CRM, it's absolutely a piece of work.

Unfortunately during the installation, everything work like a charm until the last step "Step: Create admin credentials..." when the process remain in pending doing nothing and not completing though the installation.

At this step you need to click Enter key and it will generate the default credentials

user - admin@example.com
pass - admin123
