Problem with email sending

I hope you're all well.I want to share the issue I'm experiencing and would like to know if you can help me.
I downloaded the project from GitHub and followed the steps, and everything seems to be working correctly overall. However, I'm experiencing an issue with the entire email sending system.
I can't send or receive emails.
I've added the data directly to the .env file and also added it from the configuration directly from the CRM.

https://prnt.sc/YRA9uZsYwqnnI'm not sure if I need to install a specific package for it to work since I've only used the basic installation steps on GitHub.
P.S.: Even though I haven't set up a mail server, I always get a success message when sending emails, even if they aren't sent.

Usually, this doesn't happen Can you please confirm that did you made any customization at the code level?
