Add other labels to phone and emails

Currently, the only two labels available to the phone and email fields of a person object are "work" and "home". How do I add other labels such as "cell", or "mobile" for the phone field and , "personal", or "preferred" for the email field? Why not just have the labels in their own table and simply reference the id?

If you need to create more labels you need to create attributes for this for the persons.
